How safe is atoolo?
atoolo uses the approved username/password-method: From any computer you can log into atoolo and use the tools and your data stored there.

How can I create a safe password?
Passwords should be at least eight (8) characters long and should not contain names or terms, which occur in a dictionary. Safe passwords contain letters, numbers and/or special characters (for example:) "!§%&".
In order to regard your data accessible only for you, please store your password carefully and do not give it to other persons!

Your data does belong to you. Before someone sees you with your address data in its addressbook, you must permit it. This permission can be taken anytime afterwards. For inviting into an addressbook or a project you can search for nicknames or names (first- and lastname). The users fitting to your query will be shown. If you are the opinion that a atoolo member troubles you, you can announce immediately here. We will take care immediately.
